Ok so I was doing the surrender animation, they shot my legs and I went unconscious, then the sound returned but the black unconscious screen didn't go away.

1-I could still move but not see it.
2-I press escape and can see that I am not unconscious and I am moving.
3-I cannot chat message or VOIP when with this black screen.
4-I don't know if by being in the surrender animation caused this.
