Painting firefighter axe doesn't work

Description

I have tried to paint few axes with black and green paint, it doesn't work.

Steps To Reproduce

Use black or green spraypaint on the firefighter axe.

Additional Information

I am not sure if other players see my axe as painted, but in my inventory and on my character backs it isn't.
