Character got reset in official dayz server

Description

I was playing in an official dayz server named Dayz DE 2-12 and after it restarted without a warning of course ,my character got reset. I was fully geared and after the restart i spawned at the shore with nothing.The server had persistence on considering that it is official.

sorry to hear about your trouble!
We are aware of server restarts causing this and looking into the problem - the issue has also been reported before.
Please be patient as this issue is quite complicated.
