To be honest, I thought it had been changed, because I noticed the new burlap strips, but I thought maybe it was a glitch or something. Will try to craft it again, thanks for the information.

Well, that's right. You need 4 burlap strips to craft a ghillie bushrag, 6 burlap strips to craft a ghillie top and 2 burlap strips to craft either a ghillie gun wrap or a ghillie hood. Took some time to figure it out, since it wasn't on patch notes/changelog. Thanks for the help. The issue can be closed.
