Compass heading sometimes off

Description

The heading of the compass will often show a deviation of 90* counter clockwise. In other words if the compass shows a heading of N your are in fact travaling E.

This was happening before the last update as well but is not present 100% of the time. After a server reset the compass would ofter revert to normal

Steps To Reproduce

Stand on a road with a known direction (e.g. North/South) and consult the compass. It might show a 90* deviation

Additional Information

IF there is a deviation, the deviation is always 90* never more, never less.

We are already aware of this (#19253), but the issue is quite elusive. Thanks for the information again, we'll see what can be done.
