This Issue showed up several Times randomly, when i was rearranging Inventory Items; the dragged Item lays on the Floor, but stays in the Inventory as well. Rearranging an other Item inside the Inventory makes the Duplicate dissappear randomly, swapping the Item on the Floor with another from the Inventory gets a mixed-up Appearance of the wrong Item and leaves me unsure, which Item is appearently in the Inventory and which is on the Floor, or which could be a disappearing Ghost-Item. This sometimes gets really irritating.
