In Devils Castle I walked up the stairs at the big wall. stepped off the top platform to stand on the wall itself. Death followed. My friend walked up the stairs to check my body but found nothing. Halfway down the stairs he falls through and breaks his leg. My body was not visible or lootable from either side of the wall, so perhaps I fell in.
