Description

Friend and I were playing and went to the fountain in Balota to quench our thirst. we were unable to use the fountain in any position(i.e. standing) or by looking at it in different ways.

yo the fountains are dry at the moment as it was reported several times before.
The fix is just not stable. They seem to have also Problems with canteen
