Unable to walk over zombie bodies

Description

Whenever a zombie dies, it is impossible to walk over the body. As a result you may easily lock yourself into a building by killing a walker by the entrance.

Confirmed. Was stuck in a room in a police station for a while I waited for corpse cleanup. Was unable to vault over him either. Not a huge deal but still annoying.
