Applying action such as "open can with sledgehammer" to a food can on the floor, with sledgehammer in hand and full inventory, will cause the can of food to respawn (opened) elsewhere. Seems to respawn the item an a random direction within a ~ 2 meter radius, even if a wall is in the way.
