Agree, happens the same to me. +1 ...you do hear Zeds to the left, then you realize they are on the right...or viceversa.

They have no positional audio. The sound does not track or move with them at all on this patch. Channels are not reversed, positional audio is non existent. It's the same for thunder in the game. Right now you hear it in one direction and you cannot turn towards the sound as it stays in one position.

The audio may not move, but it does come from different "places" around you (at least initially) that are reversed from where they should be. At least that is the effect I observed in a couple cases. Here is a Twitch highlight from when I first noticed the problem. http://www.twitch.tv/kerbo_/c/5450964

Hi wriley and others,
thank you for your feedback and video, it helped!
These issues can have a wide variety of causes, some of them server latency related, others related to the actual audio.
We were not able to reproduce the issue, indicating that it might have had something to do with desynchronization between server and client.
Going to close this ticket for now (as everything seems to be fine on our end), but rest assured that we have been looking into various problems which might have been the cause and we are most definitely not ignoring the issue.
Thanks again,
Andy
