Dry Backpacks placement glitch on Female Characters

Description

Seems that the Waterproof backpacks have a placement glitch, causing the item to appear not on the back of the female character, but around the legs.

Whist walking, running, standing the backpack glitches between states.

Steps To Reproduce

Tried this with multiple dry backpacks - same result

Seems to only happen with the female characters.
