Found this on a cheater forum, apparently the guy got banned by eugenharten, so he is retaliating by releasing the full payload. This is particularly important because it allows the cheater to "nuke" people (literally) on the other side of the map. Calling engine functions somehow, that are not verified, then sent to the server which executes them unconditionally.

Hopefully with this on a silver platter you can finally fix them for good.
