Patch: .50 Experimental

Issue: Pristine black Wellies instantly degraded to ruined state after minimal use. Very shortly after (seconds), my characters pants became ruined and my character had a fracture leg.

Full description: When Wellies degraded to "ruined" state, I was on the second floor story of a barn in Gorka. Seconds after the Wellies became ruined, my chenarus police pants became ruined and I had a fractured leg.
I logged out fearing a hacker. When I rejoined a different server, I spawned in on the ground floor of the barn outside, leading me to believe that the ruined wellies glitched me through the floor breaking my legs and ruining my pants in the process.
