I don't see a problem on your screenshot. I understand what you probably meant but I do not feel it is that detrimental to gameplay. Going to close this ticket for now as the raining visuals are a subject to an eventual change in the future, so your issue should go away eventually.
However, if you feel this issue is indeed game-breaking to you, please feel free to submit another ticket (preferably with more screenshots or ideally a video).
