i was trying to throw a grenade but i was stuck in the throwing animation.
so the grenade was invincible and suddenly its explodes right in front of me.

While I was not able to reproduce this specific issue, there are some similar problems which we are aware of and looking into at the moment - hopefully the fixes of those will make your issue go away as well.
