i was looting this new town chapaevsk and checked the hospital.
i think it was when i went down the stairs from 3rd floor down to 2nd floor, when literally from one second to another i died from an unknown cause.

i was at full health, there was no player or zombie anywhere close to me.

it appears i broke my leg before i died, though it must have happened so fast that i didn't even got to see it, didn't even hear the sound. my screen just went instant black.

and i can't find my body now. wierd is, i ran up and down the same stairs several times again and nothing happened.
