This is the second time it happened to me. I'm playing normally and suddenly my game crashes, when I rejoin the server (the same I was before) I see my character duplicated a few meters away but dead and totally lootable. Only a few things are ruined, such as glasses, masks or shoes.
When it first happened I didn't immediatly noticed it was my character and didnt take any screenshots but now I did:

I have no idea what's going on.

This happened to me as well, game crashed in Large Apartment. Searched a balcony on reload and noticed my own dead body outside. It only had duplicate weapons and gear, none of the items on me.
