While wielding the improvised bow, you can create a globally-heard sound at will by simply firing the bow without any arrows attached. This can be done anywhere, at any time, on any server, and I have personally tested it multiple times. By firing the empty bow over and over, you can effectively grief the entire server by constantly creating that snapping sound, thus causing irritation and frustration.
