There are some persistent servers that make no new loot. I usually play on 108.61.238.235:2302 DayZ IL 2-10. Since the 0.48 update and even after the 0.49 update it has not had any new loot on a regular basis. Every Wednesday right after the update there will be a few food and clothing items that appear but no new guns or military loot or ammo anywhere. It is a true barren wasteland.

Steps To Reproduce
Just log on and play everyday. You will notice nothing new if you go to the same buildings to check for new stuff.
Additional Information
Just about all of the buildings that should spawn loot are empty. Some have a lot of shoes for some reason though. Guess nobody takes shoes.
