Summary: When I use a mosin with PU scope or long range scope on an apartment balcony, when viewing through scopes while standing, railing appears higher than when viewed unscoped in 1st or 3rd person. This creates less field of view for firing and when leaning, prevents shots as it hits railing. This has been happening on apartment balcony in Novo.

Steps To Reproduce
- Player equips mosin with either PU or long range scope.
- Player stands on apartment balcony and confirms railing is level with character stomach (for comparison to when viewing through scopes).
- Player views through scope while standing and confirms railing appears higher.
- Player takes test shots while firing standing upright and leaning to confirm that railing seen through scope in some instances prevents shots.
Additional Information
I kept running into this while sniping in Novo, shots would hit railing even when railing was not blocking view through scope. Not sure if this is a bug or just settings on my own PC.

Hi otto,
I looked into this quite in depth and have not identified an issue. While there are visual problems which we are aware of - with where the weapon appears to be (above/clipping through the railing), the functionality seemed fine and I have not managed to have a shot which should pass get blocked by the environment.
I am going to close this - if you happen to reproduce the issue, please create a new ticket, preferably with a video attached showing the problem.
Thank you,
Andy
