Was playing fine for several hours, when three times several minutes apart I lost all me gear, only to find it nearby in a pile on the ground. The last time I was unable to pick it back up and was shot during the attempt to do so. This happened at the NWAF.
EDIT: Sounds somewhat similar to a hack reported in which hackers can cause a player to lose their weapon. Maybe the same hack?
Not sure. Never had this occur outside of the above reported instance.

Happened to me also. Suddendly i hear a shot in emtpy room and at the same time all my gear drops on ground near me. After that i cannto wield weapons etc. and my gear keeps dropping on the ground.

yes that indeed seems to be a hack rather than a bug.
Rest assured that we are working intensively to prevent these issue but patience might be needed on your part.
