Pants and Boots, as well as any items inside, are ruined as a result. The damage to the character appears to be minimal.

Is not consistently reproducible, happens sometimes.

The specific Fire Station was in the western-most part of Severograd.

This has happened to me several time, most at NWAF but not just there.
