Even though the crashing wouldn't be a problem. Some people are spawning at Vybor in their white pants with no gear (lost all the gear they had before the server crashed).

Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. Regarding the crashing; this might be caused by the server having persistence enabled. The server admin will be able to turn off the persistence, but in case you do not know the admin or if the server is crashing due to other causes, you can always report the server to the GSP.
