I load in after launching the game and cannot click on the I Agree button to actually enter the game. Character does the reload action and my mouse will not let me enter game.

I have entered back in many times, verified game cache on steam a few times. Still same thing, it will not let me in game.

it should be possible to just get rid of the prompt by pressing Enter, does that work?

That is quite strange - could you try Alt+Tab to make sure the DayZ window is the one you currently have active?
Are you possibly using a multi-monitor setup?
