Last night on my Hardcore server located @119.252.190.93:2802 I saw multiple attempts at 3 particular players voting to kick one another.
After the first session of vote kicking the server crashed. They did it a second time 20 minutes later and the server didn't crash. So there may be some instances where vote kick is crashing servers.
I also didn't think people were able to do this any more but I guess there is a way to still vote kick. This needs to be sorted if it is indeed crashing servers in some instances.

One screenshot shows the names of the players trying to kick other players. One would guess they're all friends. The other screenshot show players that were in the server as well as a timestamp via Steam Overlay.
This happened between 10:15pm AEST and 10:45PM AEST 09/30/14 on Hell In A HandBasket @119.252.190.93:2802
