find a randomly spawned Russian chopper crash. The US choppers are fine.

Hi Gabe,
we are aware of the wrecks clipping through the ground (please see #16991). I have forwarded the no-smoke issue for investigation.

Hi Gabe,
turns out that lack of smoke is intended. You may notice that these wrecks are rusted and presumably have been there for quite some time.
The clipping-through-ground issue is being addressed separately.
