If you go to the top in the large appartments (above elektro) you can't exit the elevator shaft to the roof. You can exit at ground level, but above the elavator you are stuck. It's impossible to jump, can't lay down so you can't exit from there. Only solution is to jump from the building and dying.

Go into the large appartments, climb to the roof of the building. After that go back down, you can't exit the elevator shaft above the elevator.

Edit: You can solve this problem by instantly moving to the elevator exit when coming down from the ladder.

you can also get out if you go crouched and stand up while walking out the elevator doors.
