I was in Novodmitrovsk and just finished descending from a 5-6 story building on. On the very last stair case, which is only just above ground level, I fell off the side. I figured it wouldn't be a problem as it was less then a 1 metre fall, but apparently I died instantly. I have noticed that whenever you take fall damage, no matter how low the amount, there seems to be a small chance of instantly dying.

Steps To Reproduce
While descending from stairs walk off the side at what should be a safe fall distance.
Random chance of dying from fall damage.
Additional Information
Seems to be completely random.
I had a ping of 34, so there was little chance this was a result of rubberbanding.

I don't remember what town I was in but I fell off of scaffolding on the 2nd floor and was killed instantly. This is more likely to kill you than 1 meter, however, I wouldn't expect anything more than broken legs at the most from that height.
