Character becomes block like and game crashes.

Description

Running in a field game is fine, run towards a city, game freezes momentarily then resumes, when I get closer to the city, my FPS drops to about 3fps/sec, everything becomes block-like. I have to leave the server to correct it. Also, once in a while, the game crashes and goes to a black screen and I have to force quit them game

GeForce GTX 650
Win7 32bit
4 Gig DDR3

When this happens. I turn on vsymc then back off again and it goes back to normal
