As the title says ,items in the inventory take a while to load or don't load at all. For example i opened a can and then there was one opened can and one still closed with which you couldn't interact with. Later i detached a cooking pot and it was invisible in my jacket. Lastly ruining a clothing part doesn't show the items in it ruined. When you try to use them it says they are ruined.

Steps To Reproduce
-Have fruits in your inventory
-Put the fruits in your jacket
-Let zombies make your jacket ruined
-Try to eat a fruit and also check it's current state
-Put it down
-Have a can of peaches in your inventory
-Open it with an axe or anything else
-Notice that there is still a closed can of peaches with which you can't interact.
Additional Information
Also happens if you patch your pants when damaged. It doesn't update.
