Respawning as new character after server restart

Description

Often when I am on a server and it restarts and I attempt to rejoin and continue playing, I spawn as a new character somewhere else with only starting gear. This is not a server problem, since I tried playing on different servers and the problem still occurs.

best way to not get reseted - do not join the first 3 min the same server after server restart. I had the same bug.

I have the same, and I have the problem when I pushed the esc button untile the "please wait" on the screen

Hello,
we are aware of this issue and working on a fix.
For now, the best method of prevention is to not connect to restarted servers immediately after the restart as MF187DoubleG said.
