After logging back in from a server restart I have found 1 to 2 items missing in my backpack, the backpack contents has been moved around leaving empty spaces at the bottom, on one occasion I lost a sawn off 12 gauge on another a loaded 9mm pistol.
Seems to only occur when the game decides to reorder your inventory for you.
