There is a spot on the map just east of cherno in the swamps where my character is completely stuck jumping / floating in the air. Any movement is restricted. Doesn't matter if you are prone, crouched, or standing, still can't move at all. The following is a short video that shows exactly what my character is doing. I've been stuck here for at least two weeks now.

Once we have this information, we can both free your character as well as report the stuck spot based on your character coordinates.
