The FNX is only spawning at the very rare heli crash sides and there also very rare.
So try to find a heli crash (very lucky) and then try to find a FXN (very rare of very rare)... ah... and only on private server.

You must not be looking properly cause i find maybe 1-2 heli sites per-server and they either have a lot of ammo or the guns. The FNX is no where near as rare as the M4 is all I can tell you is keep looking or give up. :/

They are supposed to be rare. One of the most powerful and customizable guns in Dayz.

i found a MP5 with a 30 Magazin, 2 Granates, Ammo-Box, all M4 Magazins... all this is very rare but no FNX.
I was on 5 Heli crashs on one(!) day and nothink :-S
On other days i also found nothink (FNX).
So for me, granates are more often then this pistol.

FNX is intended to be rare for the reasons Rogue593.x has stated above.
