3 Days ago I found a flash bang and a regular grenade. I threw the flash bang and nothing happened. I Decided to throw the regular grenade and nothing happened with it either. I ran up to see if i could find them lying on the ground and only the regular one was there. I let about 2 minutes go by just in case it might still blow up. But it didn't. I picked it up and took 2 steps and then it blew up while it was in my backpack. Today I found 3 grenades and threw them all. Only one blew up.

Steps To Reproduce
Find Grenade and throw it. Most of the time it will not blow up.
Additional Information
The best quality of grenade I had was damaged. Some were badly damaged. I don't know if the quality matters with grenades exploding or not.
