Anytime I approach a big town my game crashes. Even small towns cause my game to slow or crash although not as often. I found this guy here:

seemed to have the same issue although the steps he took to come to a resolution doesn't fix my problem. I didn't start having this problem until a few months ago, and its made the game pretty much unplayable. please let me know what info I need to send to get this issue solved. after 300+ hours Im not done playing yet, but I cant play a game that doesnt work.
