Were in Elektro police station in the first upper floor room with the two schelves where mostly the weapons spawn.
When I was infront of the left shelf spectating a Mosin and thinking about weapon change, suddenly just "You are dead" and i get the message "My leg is in extreme pain" and "I think my leg is broken". No shot, no enemy and no other sound, just "You are dead" (it happend when I was in inventory, I didnt move at all). And my char was just laying there, I didnt fell down or something like that.
