Steps To Reproduce

This is not a reproducible problem as it happens randomly. I will be able to play for 10 mins or an hour. I cannot even tell if its when the server is restarting because normally you are just booted out with a CONNECTION HAS BEEN RESET message but this is a crash to desktop every time. I have updated video drivers, resintalled game twice, cleared local files, verified file integrity and my system meets all minimum reqs and I run it on low profile just to be on the safe side.
This issue did not occur until the last two updates (.47 and .48) I was fine before that and/or it happened so sparingly that I never even took stock of it as an issue.

I have not had any update on this although when I turned off anti-aliasing completely it seems to not crash as much but I still would like to know if this was even looked at as when I googled the error its not uncommon and it says to turn off DEP but DAYz does not allow this to occur. Anyway just wondering and thanks!

Hello so this is still occurring even with anti-aliasing turned off completely I thought I would give it some time but still the same exact error over and over. Is this ticket in limbo? Thanks.

Is this ever going to be assigned? do you need more info? Is this an issue being worked on already? Please let me know and thanks.

Hello ahtawulfa,
I apologise for the late reply!
The issue is now being investigated.

No worries. Thank you very much!

I just want to update that I no longer get a BEX error but now the standard APPCRASH error and its frustrating as hell because not only do I get this error now but my FPS and graphics are for shiet...this last update is the worst regarding graphics even if we set everything to disabled or very low - its like at least tell us what we should be adjusting on our end if its stops working - should we go to x64? for alpha? really? why...im so over this and the sad part is i will keep attempting every method I can find to try and play this again since I havent been able to play since 0.47

I have set my settings to the low profile and reduced my video memory to 256megs and I no longer get glitched graphics or crashes. This is very odd to me since I have 1gig of onboard video memory and plenty of ram so this may be something to looking into?

The other odd thing is even with VERY LOW settings I would get graphic glitches and crashes so it has to be lowering the video memory that has made the difference...thank you.

Thank you for keeping us updated.
The performance issues are something we are aware of and which might sadly take some time to be fixed but we are continuously working on these problems.

Andy
