If the Player climbs a ladder with an item in his Hands (for example a fireaxe/gun) it will not be taken back out automtically after the player gets off the ladder.

Hey kll4,
we've talked about this with the designers and the current state is intended. While I agree with you that the opposite could be beneficial, at the same time I feel that having to put the item back in hands manually is not unrealistic or terribly detrimental.
