Sometimes zombies hit you like if you haven't moved from the previous spot with 0 desync and good ping 30-50. It's like if the zombie raise his hands when you are close to him and move 5 meters before the attack, when the zed attack he will hit you wherever you are.

Also i found Zombies hitting me inside a house from the main door with a distance of around 5 meters.
