I use a fresh install from Steam, when I boot the game the resolution is at it lowest, background has a light blue color. Can't change it in the game setting to 1080p because that option is not availible, it is only possible by manually change the config file. Only problem is, my chat, UI are in the middle of the screen.
(This problem didn't occur on my desktop (GTX 650).
