Chemlight light persists after picking up a chemlight.

Description

You'd expect for the light to move when it is picked up but it isn't. There is also only 1 scenario where I've tested this.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Put chemlight into hands
  1. break chemlight
  1. throw chemlight
  1. pick up chemlight into inventory (from vicinity, might also work with "F" key(the chemlight is now unbroken and can be used again), light SOMETIMES remains.
  1. put same chemlight into hands again and light disappears.
Additional Information

might be related to the issue where the light from a picked up flashlight/weapon flashlight persists

happens 100 percent of the time

happens when you pick up the chemlight through the inventory screen too

I have updated the issue for 0.54, now it isn't 100% like it used to be.
