Game crashes to desktop after a few seconds after joining server

Description

The game crashes to desktop after a few seconds once i have joined a server. Yesterday it happened after every 20 minutes or so but today i can even get 20 seconds. I have tried the following:

Removing all items and getting away from them.
Getting away from the general area.
Ticking the "disable desktop composition" box in the Dayz.exe file compatibility settings.
Turning off background programs like anti virus software.

-Reducing in game visual settings.

Running the game in windowed mode.
Installed the latest nvidia drivers.

-CCLEANER has been run to cleanup files

4gb Ram (3gb Usable)
32Bit OS
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS
