I have a disability that causes me to get severe vertigo or "car sickness" when I play particular games. I have switched different view modes, ratios and resolutions none have seem to lessen the issue or help me. I have contacted Steam Support to issue a refund for this game however they have denied me since it is an "Early Access Game". This has nothing to do with the game itself, just my inability to play it due to my personal disability. I am not able to play more than 5 minutes at a time, and have only purchased it recently. They advised me to contact you for additional support, though I am not sure you would be able to assist me.
