quite a big amount of people has already mentioned this:
When a weapon (with magazine and bullets in it) is dropped, after server-restart the magazine (+bullets) is gone.

Same happens with items within a Protector-Case in a backpack, as far as I know.
(Backpack => Protector Case => Items inside.
After server-restart, the items in the box are gone)
