If you're carrying 2 weapons (one in your back and another one in your hand) and you relog, when you come back you will have the one in your back and the one in your inventory, so if you find a third weapon and pick it up with your mouse scroll (Take item action) you will have 3 weapons.

Grab two weapons, relog, grab the third weapon with "Take item option".
Additional Information
If you drop either the second or third weapon, you will be able to carry only 2 weapons again (one in back, one in hand).
