Kicked from every DayZ server for missing downloadable content that has been deleted

Description

Recently tried the standalone and decided to try to play the DayZ mod.

I have purchased Arma 2, and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.
I have launched both of the above programs more than once from steam (ran as administrator) to create required registry keys.

I have even uninstalled both games, then tried installing DayZ with DayZ commander from here: http://dayzmod.com/?Download

Tried again, this time installing by withsix downloaded from here: http://dayzmod.com/?Download

One more thing... Everytime I launch DayZ I get this error:

Steps To Reproduce

Make sure steam and Arma II or Arma 2: CO are not running.
Launch steam as administrator
Launch Arma 2 OA from steam library
Attempt to join a server
Get kicked with this message: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Blocksss/screenshot/574524734580302174

Additional Information

This error message is a result of having to delete these(http://i.imgur.com/6WBUiHL.png) files from: C:\Users\Admin\Documents\ArmA 2\@Dayz\addons

When I return these files to their original location, I recieve this error after attempting to connect to a server
