With MP5 equipped and in backpack, and only one free slot, I hit the F key. The option to reload using F is always available for me (and I guess everyone) so it immediately tried to swap mags with the 15 round magazine in my backpack. As soon as the 15 round mag was attached to the MP5, the 30 round mag was in neither my inventory nor the ground.

Steps To Reproduce
- Make sure there is inadequate space in your inventory for the 30 round mag
- Make sure you have a 15 round mag in your inventory
- Swap 30 round MP5 mag with 15 round mag using the F key
- Verify the 30 round mag is now missing
