Please, take back Rcon access, servers admins have no power to provide some help to players without being able to see the chat. They still be able to ban using the #exec ban command, so they still be able to abuse their power. Rcon Access are just easier to use for legit admins and make them able to manage their server whithout being ingame.

I'm currently admin of the 2nd worldwide server on Gametracker ranks, and our reputation was made by our ability to manage our serv 24/7 if any player experienced some unfair behaviour.
